Welcome to Press Enterprise Consulting (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using our website, services, or consulting offerings, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Services Overview

Press Enterprise Consulting provides restaurant consulting services including, but not limited to:

  • Business and launch strategy
  • Operational systems and efficiency consulting
  • Staff training and team development
  • Marketing and brand strategy guidance

All services are advisory in nature unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

2. No Guarantee of Results

While we apply proven strategies, experience, and industry best practices, we do not guarantee specific financial outcomes, revenue increases, profitability, or business success. Restaurant performance depends on many factors beyond our control, including market conditions, execution, staffing, and management decisions.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Make final business decisions independently
  • Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws
  • Understand that implementation is their responsibility unless otherwise agreed

Our role is advisory and supportive, not managerial or operational unless explicitly contracted.

4. Payments & Fees

All fees, payment schedules, and deliverables will be outlined in a separate written agreement or proposal.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Fees are non-refundable once services begin
  • Late payments may result in service suspension
  • Prices are subject to change with notice

5. Confidentiality

We treat all client information, including financials, operational data, and internal documents, as confidential.

Clients agree not to disclose:

  • Proprietary materials
  • Consulting frameworks
  • Internal strategies or documents provided by Press Enterprise Consulting

Confidentiality obligations survive the termination of services.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials provided by Press Enterprise Consulting — including documents, systems, templates, training materials, and frameworks — remain the intellectual property of the Company unless otherwise stated in writing.

Clients may use these materials internally but may not:

  • Resell

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Press Enterprise Consulting shall not be liable for:

  • Lost profits
  • Business interruption
  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Decisions made based on consulting advice

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for services rendered.

8. Independent Contractor Relationship

Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employer-employee relationship, or agency relationship. Press Enterprise Consulting operates as an independent contractor.
